Sarah, Duchess of York is a British charity patron, spokesperson, writer, film producer, television personality and former member of the British Royal Family.

She was married to Queen Elizabeth II's second son, Prince Andrew, Duke of York, from 1986 to 1996.

She is often popularly referred to as "Fergie", a common nickname for people named Ferguson.

The Duchess is the daughter of Major Ronald Ferguson and Susan Mary Wright Barrantes, both now deceased. Her children, Princess Beatrice of York and Princess Eugenie of York, are respectively fifth and sixth in line of succession to the British Throne.

Sarah Kate Silverman is an American comedian, writer, actress, singer and musician. Although usually credited as Sarah Silverman, she is sometimes credited by her nickname, Big S. Her satirical comedy addresses social taboos and controversial topics such as racism, sexism, and religion.

Silverman first gained notice as a writer and occasional performer on Saturday Night Live. She currently stars in and produces The Sarah Silverman Program, which debuted February 1, 2007, on Comedy Central.

She often performs her act by playing a caricature of a Jewish-American princess, mocking bigotry and stereotypes of ethnic groups and religious denominations, by having her comic character endorsing them in an ironic fashion.

Sarah Silverman, the youngest of four daughters, was born in Bedford, New Hampshire. Her mother, Beth Ann Halpin, was George McGovern's personal campaign photographer and founded the theater company New Thalian Players. Her father, Donald Silverman, was a social worker by training who ran the discount clothing store Crazy Sophie's Outlet. Her family is Jewish, the descendants of immigrants from Poland and Russia.

Since then, Seagal has become a major action star, mainly due to his films of the 1990s, such as Under Siege (1992) and Under Siege 2 (1995), where he played Navy SEALs counter-terrorist expert Casey Ryback. In total, his movies have earned in excess of $923 million worldwide.

Seagal is also a recording artist and guitarist and the founder of Steven Seagal Enterprises.^[4] In addition to his professional achievements, he is also known as an environmentalist, an animal rights activist and a supporter of the 14th Dalai Lama Tenzin Gyatso, and the Tibetan independence movement.

Seagal was born in Lansing, Michigan, where he lived until he was five years old. His mother, Patricia (1930-2003), was a medical technician, and his father, Samuel Steven Seagal (1928-1991), a high school math teacher.
